this was my first time ordering and i LOVED it!! i got the Lavender Latte and added oarmilk cold foam... SOOO tasty! i also got chicken sausage and cheese on a plain bagel, made so well!!

I meet up with a friend here for coffee regularly. I love that there is a large, comfortable area to hang out, enjoy your beverage, and where they host events. Super kid-friendly- they have toys, books, and furniture especially for the kiddos. There are board games, puzzles and books available for adults as well. It feels like that ever-elusive "third space" that doesn't revolve around alcohol. The drinks are fantastic! They have great seasonal drinks. It's easy to customize your beverage, and the staff are always willing to accommodate. They have a wider selection of sugar free syrups and drinks than most coffee shops. My taste buds and my A1C appreciate that. Overall, i highly recommend it!

I frequent this place a lot since I live so close, so much to the point where the workers have began to recognize me and my order. I have always loved stopping here on my way home from school, as it is so much more homey than even my own home. The workers here are very kind and always willing to chat when they're not busy. Not to mention the food is amazing and completely worth the price. I don't recall having a single bad experience here. I love it so much that I even came here for my birthday with a few friends of mine. That birthday is so far the best one I've ever had. Thank you Family Room for opening up a spot that makes everyone feel so at home!

Really excited to see a new coffee shop this side of Westerville. The seating area is amazing! Looks to be great for families, students or workers needing a space to hunker down and work for a bit or just casual meet ups with friends. They're open later than lots of other shops as well. There are games and books for all ages to use while here. We ordered seasonal and kids drinks and they were fantastic. Will definitely become a staple for us and I love that they have an app for ordering.

Been obsessed with The Family Room lately! Their coffee is fantastic, especially the espresso. We love their vanilla iced lattes, and one day we tried the coconut flavor and it's game changer. Don't get me started on their cinnamon rolls and cheese danish (Ditch the sad Starbucks pastries) The vibe is perfect for relaxing. Comfy seating, board games, even events! Ordering is simple, quick, and easy on your phone, and they have a cool pickup spot. Super friendly staff and fair prices too. Parking can be tight during peak hours somedays, they cant move mountains... But they'll definitely make something you love. Definitely check out The Family Room if you're around Westerville!

My friend and I met here with our toddlers and loved it! The family room area is spacious and offers a variety of seating. We went on the morning of MLK day and it was pretty full. Somehow it didn’t feel loud or overwhelming at all and we were still able to carry a conversation in the kids corner. I love that the Family Room caters to families in all different stages of life. Even down to the bathroom which has a changing table and a little potty for kiddos! As a young mom who plans to live in this area and have a few more kids, my friends and I will be frequent visitors here for sure! I do agree with what others have said about the prices. They’re pretty high and as someone who avoids paying so much for a single coffee, I’m on a mission to find the cheapest drink on the menu that I enjoy.

The place is very clean and the vibe is laidback. The breakfast sandwich was great. Everything was fresh and well seasoned. I think the cinnamon rolls are a bit excessive with the icing, but other people I was with seem to like them and that’s a personal preference so I can’t dock the restaurant. 5/5 overall.

Love this place!! Staff is always so friendly and welcoming! Food and drinks are delicious! Do yourself a favor and order a cinnamon roll. They are AMAZING
